Knee

Well, I have just been to the physio. Amazing, doctor recommends you see physio, appointment first thing next morning!!!!! So, medial ligament, damaged a bit but more likely the cartilage and kneecap, so he is assessing it again on Thursday morning. Took the brace off my leg as it tends to cause muscle problems and taped my kneecap across in to a funny position to help his diagnosis. While he was manoeuvring my leg it gave out a huge crack from the knee, we both winced, so we'll have to wait and see.....
