Ouch.....

I have been making slow progress on my knee - physio appointment with physio this afternoon was looking less painful as my knee seemed to be doing well. Unfortunately, it took a turn for the worse, went back to the original pain all of a sudden after an innocuous pull. So, physio was very painful, he still not sure what it is, medial ligament or more suspiciously cruciate ligament. He told me that I wouldn't be doing my Irish dancing tonight at the Paddy's night do, or indeed working next week, so went straight next door to the doctors to find out about a new note (straight in, no appointment) and he ordered an appointment with a knee specialist straight away, no messing about.

So, that is it, my knee is very suspect, very painful, and braced up again. Got that on for the
weekend at least until I back at the physio on Monday. I think it is going to be a long road....
