This southern hemisphere delicacy has been a bit quiet for us, until Xmas day, when we discovered the delights of this sugary treat.
Jan has vowed to do one for us, and this day was eventually what will forever be known as "Jan Pav Day"!! :)
Many trips to the Warehouse, Briscoes and other places ended up with us doing a passable imitation of a NZ "Pav" and it has been duly devoured by us all with lashings of whipped cream and fresh strawberried. Well done Jan on your first attempte at making a "Pav" - you got there in the end and it was lovely!!!!
