Physio this morning, got me doing knee and quadricep stretches, only got 40 degree movement in my leg at the moment. Reckons 3 or 4 weeks and the knee will be moving along nicely. We will wait and see! Sorry to put the pics on but just to show how much swelling there is on the leg for those 2 tiny cuts on either side of the knee!!
