Been to physio again today - unfortunately he thinks it is the cartilage and it will probably require surgery. He is hoping that it can be turned round with treatment but he not too hopeful of that. He has had one or two that have recovered but not a lot.
So have to see what happens over the weekend, he has me taped up in a very strange position for my leg, almost twisting the shin bone to take the weight off the cartilage. Have to try and walk normally but it just doesn't happen that easily.
